Returns
Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it or part of the order. To comply with the withdrawal deadline, simply send the communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the 14th day from the delivery date via the online procedure within the Personal Area of our site and wait for confirmation from our team. If you find it difficult to carry out the process independently via your Personal Area, you can always contact us at info@glelanyboutique.com or via Whatsapp.
The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to natural persons (consumers), therefore all purchases made with VAT number are excluded.
The return shipment will be paid by MOOD SRL in case of defective or incorrect product , while for all other returns the shipping costs and any additional charges will be paid by the buyer. Purchases must be returned by post or courier in the original packaging, must never have been used or damaged and must be in a condition to be resold. No exchange or refund will be made for products returned incomplete, damaged or dirty.
All our clothing items have a clearly visible seal label. This label must not be removed or damaged: in case of violation, the return cannot be accepted.
We ask our customers to pay particular attention to preserving the integrity of the seal if they wish to make a return. Only items with an intact label can be returned according to our return conditions.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will not be refunded. Returns are only accepted on purchases made directly on glelanyboutique.com. How to make a return
If the product is damaged or incorrect
Starting the return process is very simple: just access your Personal Area, go to the Orders section, select the order to return and click on the button to request the return, indicating, in the appropriate section, the reason and the items to return. You will soon be contacted by our Customer Service team to authorize the return (subject to photographs) and/or book the free collection.
If the customer sends the item to be returned at his own expense without contacting our Customer Service, we will not be able to refund the costs incurred and guarantee the refund of the order.
For all other types of returns

You will soon be contacted by our Customer Service team to authorize the return and assist you in the best return method. Shipping and any other charges will be paid by the buyer.

When will I receive my refund?
The Maglen team will check the quality of the returned product and will issue a refund only if it meets the conditions of the return policy. The Golden Collar
The Golden Collar is dedicated to improving the lives of people with disabilities through the help of service dogs trained for specific tasks, such as alerting in the event of a seizure, monitoring sugar levels for diabetics, or offering emotional and psychological support. Disabilities supported include epilepsy, diabetes, autism, motor disabilities, and psychiatric disorders.
The association is also active in IAA (Animal Assisted Interventions) programs, including pet therapy, which aims to improve the psychophysical well-being of children, the elderly and other people, reducing stress and promoting good mood.
Through donations and collaborations, Il Collare d'Oro raises funds to make service dog training accessible to families in difficulty, promoting integration between humans and animals.
