Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it or part of the order. To comply with the withdrawal deadline, simply send the communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the 14th day from the delivery date via the online procedure within the Personal Area of our site and wait for confirmation from our team. If you find it difficult to carry out the process independently via your Personal Area, you can always contact us at info@glelanyboutique.com or via Whatsapp.
The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to natural persons (consumers), therefore all purchases made with VAT number are excluded.
The return shipment will be paid by MOOD SRL in case of defective or incorrect product , while for all other returns the shipping costs and any additional charges will be paid by the buyer. Purchases must be returned by post or courier in the original packaging, must never have been used or damaged and must be in a condition to be resold. All our clothing items have a clearly visible seal label. This label must not be removed or damaged: in case of violation, the return cannot be accepted.
We ask our customers to pay particular attention to preserving the integrity of the seal if they wish to make a return. Only items with an intact label can be returned according to our return conditions.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will not be refunded. Returns are only accepted on purchases made directly on glelanyboutique.com. For additional questions or special requests please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team by sending an email to info@glelanyboutique.com .
