To comply with the withdrawal deadline, simply send the communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the 14th day from the delivery date via the online procedure within the Personal Area of our site and wait for confirmation from our team. If you find it difficult to carry out the process independently via your Personal Area, you can always contact us at info@glelanyboutique.com or via Whatsapp.
The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to natural persons (consumers), therefore all purchases made with VAT number are excluded.

We ask our customers to pay particular attention to preserving the integrity of the seal if they wish to make a return. Only items with an intact label can be returned according to our return conditions.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will not be refunded. Returns are only accepted on purchases made directly on glelanyboutique.com. For additional questions or special requests please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team by sending an email to info@glelanyboutique.com .

- COMPOSITION
